From The Artist:
This commissioned painting began with a meeting with a family containing three adorable little girls – notes and sketches from the meeting were later destroyed by my two-year old who chose to practice his scissor skills with my sketchbook! Imagine my surprise when I began working only to discover the details in tiny bits on the floor! The presence of the family had easily settled into me, though, so I found this painting process rather worry-free!
