In anticipation of an upcoming family beach trip – visualizing gorgeous sun, clear sky, warm sand and two well-behaved, rambunctious, little round boys soaking up the fun in the sun (with lots of sun protection, of course) then relenting to tranquil naps in cool sheets – I began this painting, truly led by a warm, simple and glorious vision.
